T h e   P r o j e c t    At Beverly the Design Build Company is constructing a detached 2-car garage with upstairs guest quarters and downstairs cabana, designed by architect David Ludwick.  Particular attention has been invested to create an addition which is compatible with the existing historic architecture.  When completed, this exciting project will add almost 1200 square feet of additional living space and a more functional garage.
