T h e P r o j e c t With visions of a contemporary design these homeowners commissioned the Design Build team to Design Build their Dreams. Complete with gourmet kitchens, plush media rooms and luxurious modern bathrooms, these homes cater to the lifestyles of their owners.
T h e F r o n t U n i t Featuring 2 home offices with a lobby/waiting area on the main level, this floor plan accommodates the owners work-from-home lifestyle. The upper 2 levels boast majestic living spaces for entertainment and rejuvenation, including a spacious outdoor livingroom/patio. Clean lines bathed in natural light accent the modern simplicity of the interior. Flooring, counter-tops and cabinetry were all selected with a vision for “green”, eco-friendly building.
T h e R e a r U n i t Referencing the 1920s art-deco styling with dark moldings, warm colors and rich woods this home features a completely different flavor of contemporary.
